I have proven that sometimes you CAN go back home again! I never dreamed that I would one day be back in my childhood home, making peace with all of my childhood demons, partially filling my father's shoes as I work in his garden, and taking over my mother's kitchen as she sits at the table nearby. For whatever reason, I have been given this opportunity to bring my life full circle. It is interesting after all these years, to see myself in contrast as I peer through the lens of my family and all the relationships there. By revisiting my adolescence through my work I am actually creating my future. More will be revealed, I am sure, as I continue on this path. And so, I keep walking forward.
